I have mixed feeling about this.......

It looks good, but less curvy and more long and flat - like a muscle car. But the front end is not a slab.

Grr the flares are on wrong. Never been much of a fan of the 2+2's, would almost look better with a slab up front and just embrace the muscle car look.

Younger me did not like these at sports cars are not 2+2. Older me likes this because I think more headroom and maybe cheaper...

I quite like it actually, a nd currently only $2500, which isn’t bad at all were it to sell for that price. On the other hand, it’s very much someone else’s project, and that failing repaint and those plastic flares make me wonder what might be lurking beneath the glossy veneer of nostalgia .

I’d give it some thought were it a bit closer to me, but I’d really prefer more cylinders snuggled under that hood.

Those Z-cars are so thin on the ground that this hardly seems like it should be a show stopper.

Agreed, sadly. Not a 2+2 either, but I couldn’t help but share it. My local CL really giveth lately.
